These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WebX (the "Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use this Platform.

2. Account & KYC

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must complete KYC verification before withdrawing funds. We reserve the right to suspend or reject accounts that fail KYC or provide false information.

3. Deposits

Deposits are made by sending payment to a wallet address provided by us and submitting the corresponding transaction hash. Deposits are credited to your wallet only after we verify the transaction on-chain. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or on the wrong network.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals require: (a) an approved KYC status, (b) an active paid membership, and (c) a valid withdrawal wallet address saved to your profile. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before funds are released. We are not responsible for funds sent to a wallet address you provided incorrectly.

5. Membership

Membership tiers are purchased separately from your wallet balance via direct payment to a designated address, verified by transaction hash. Membership unlocks specific features such as property investment and select ROI plans, and is required before you can withdraw funds.

6. Investment Plans & Returns

Return on Investment (ROI) figures represent target returns under our stated plan terms and are not guaranteed. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Loans

Loan applications are reviewed at our discretion. Approved loans are disbursed to your wallet and must be repaid according to the agreed term and interest rate. Failure to repay may result in account restrictions.

8. Referrals

Referral bonuses are credited according to the program terms in effect at the time and may be changed or discontinued at our discretion. Abuse of the referral program (e.g. fake accounts) may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account suspension.

9. Property Investments

Property share purchases require an active membership meeting the property's minimum tier. Purchasing a share represents an investment interest as described on the property listing, not a guarantee of physical title unless explicitly stated.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to circumvent KYC, security, or access controls.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses related to market volatility, blockchain network issues, or third-party wallet errors.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
